CARDA

On the one hand, we could define CARDA as the creative space where we develop and materialize our current concerns, not always in the same way, but always in a unique way. It's a project that will evolve as we do.

We launch collections of objects with limited production, on a small scale, and handcrafted in Spain. This allows us to be involved in every step of the process and take care of every detail, which is precisely what represents us and reflects our essence.

We are driven by admiration for craftsmanship, valuing the process over the result, and appreciating time and waiting.

The thistle is a plant, a seed, a flower.

The thistle is eaten, but it also tangles the thread, cards it, and wovens it.

The thistle is a symbol, it is thorns, and it is a crown,

The thistle is all of this, but it is also much more, as I study the card.

CARDAESTUDIO

On the other hand, there is what CARDAESTUDIO is for us, where as architects, we develop architectural projects and interior design, always maintaining a dialogue between the client, the existing, and the new.

CARDAESTUDIO will become, over time, a place where collaborators from different arts, landscapers, photographers, artists, engineers, artisans, etc., will come together to form a team with the goal of creating projects that integrate with the place where they are located and improve its conditions.

EQUIPMENT

CARDAESTUDIO is formed by Ana Revuelta and Julia Ochando, two young architects who graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM). They completed their studies at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, with qualifying master's degree. Furthermore, both have been abroad, thus broadening their academic experience.
